A Crispy World Famous Roasted Peruvian Style Chicken
This is a roasted chicken recipe that is made with normal chicken with bones. This is made with cumin and paprika spice. It is best served with a cucumber salad. The main taste comes from a green tangy sauce made from green chilli and coriander paste
Ingredients of Peruvian Style Chicken
4.00 no Chicken Legs
10.00 no garlic cloves
1.00 no Lemon
3.00 tbsp coriander leaves
0.25 tbsp black pepper powder
2.00 tbsp Butter Spread
4.00 tbsp fresh cream
2.00 tbsp Curd
0.25 tbsp chilli flakes
4.00 no Thyme
0.25 tbsp Oregano
0.25 tbsp cumin seeds
0.50 tbsp Salt
Peruvian Style Chicken
STEP: 1
The ingredients for the marination are Cumin seeds, oregano, a few thymes, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder. Fresh cream and a low fat spread are also kept aside. Set aside the black pepper powder. Also, garlic cloves, coriander leaves and lemon are needed
STEP: 2
Put the garlic cloves, thyme, oregano, chilli flakes, curd, fresh cream, black pepper powder into the mixer grinder and make a fine paste of the same
STEP: 3
Take the chicken drumstick pieces wash and clean them very well so that they are ready for marination with the masala
STEP: 4
Add the masala to the chicken and mix it very well so that it can be marinated and the masala penetrates well. Add some lemon juice and fresh cream and mix it with the leg pieces.
STEP: 5
Now prepare the chutney or the dipping sauce. Add the coriander leaves, black pepper powder, curd and the fresh cream and churn the same in a mixture grinder.

Now take out the dipping sauce and put it in a bowl as shown in the picture and add some salt and mix.
STEP: 7
Take the marinated chicken and coat them with the low fat spread and place it on an air fryer and grill it in all directions so that the chicken turns brownish in all directions.

Once the leg pieces are grilled they are soft and tender and is kept on a serving plate and is ready to be served with the dipping sauce prepared earlier.
