South Indian Style Side Dish Preparation Of Mutton Jhol Recipe
Tangy mutton, flavoured with ginger, garlic, onion, garam masala, chicken masala, red chilli, and the mutton with potato pieces is an all-time favourite. Serve this mutton with hot roti or hot paratha or hot steamed rice or any preparation.
Ingredients of Mutton jhol recipe
0.50 kg mutton
0.25 kg potato
0.25 kg onion
4.00 no chilli
1.00 tbsp ginger
1.00 no garlic
1.00 tbsp garam masala
1.00 tbsp mutton masala
0.50 than Kashmiri Mirch
1.00 tbsp salt
0.50 tbsp turmeric powder
0.50 cup oil
Mutton jhol recipe
STEP: 1
Potato, onion, ginger, garlic,garam masala red chilli all those things bring together and keep aside hen take the mutton and add the mutton masala and red chilli powder.
STEP: 2
Hot a pan and add some oil to it then add the potato, some salt and some turmeric powder in it then fry the potato properly.

Paste the onion, ginger, garlic and dried red chilli together smoothly by the grinder and keep aside for cooking the mutton tel that.

Then hot a pan and add some oil to it when the oil becomes hot add the masala paste and the mutton.
STEP: 5
Then cook the mutton and masala for fifteen minutes on high flame then add the salt and turmeric powder and cook it for five minutes on low flame.
STEP: 6
Then add the potato and garam masala into the mutton and cook for five minutes on low flame then add some water in it and cook till the recipe is ready to eat.
STEP: 7
Then stand for few minutes and serve hot in a serving bowl for eating. Serve this recipe with hot roti or hot paratha or any rice item.
