A Wonderful Different Tasty And Luscious Chicken Jhatpat

Add some ginger garlic glue, turmeric powder, salt, soya sauce, vinegar and oil to the chicken and blend appropriately. Marinate it for 60 minutes. Warm oil in a dish and fry some slashed onion and green chillies and add the chicken combination to it. Cook the chicken appropriately. 

Elements of Chicken Jhatpat 

0.50 kg Chicken 

0.25 kg onion 

0.50 cup refined oil 

2.00 tbsp ginger garlic glue 

0.25 tbsp soya sauce 

0.25 tbsp vinegar 

0.50 tbsp salt 

0.25 tbsp turmeric powder 

2.00 tbsp pureed tomatoes 

4.00 no green crisp 

Chicken Jhatpat 

STEP: 1 
Cut the chicken into little pieces and wash it appropriately. Strip and wash the onions and hack them into dainty cuts. 

STEP: 2 
Take a broiling dish. Warm oil in it and fry the cut onions till they become brilliant brown. Keep it cool. 

STEP: 3 
Add chicken, vinegar, soya sauce, salt, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic glue and hacked chillies to the singed onion and marinate it's anything but 60 minutes. 

STEP: 4 
After 30 minutes heat A cooking vessel and move the marinated chicken into it. Try not to add any additional oil. Cook it appropriately. 

STEP: 5
Check-in between whether the chicken is cooked properly or not. Add some tomato sauce to it and cook for another five minutes.

STEP: 6
When the oil comes out from the sides turn off the gas stove. Serve hot with chapatis or boiled rice along with salad or chutney.
