A Quick Flavorful Non-Vegetarian Salad For Chicken Fiesta Salad



This is a chicken tandoori grilled salad which is served with different types of bell peppers and lettuce. It is cooked in very low oil as the chicken is grilled and then saute with the rest of the vegetables. It is very quick to make an appetizer or a snack item


Ingredients of Chicken fiesta salad


0.25 kg Boneless Chicken Breast

2.00 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

1.00 tbsp red chilli powder

3.00 no bell pepper

2.00 tbsp Lettuce

2.00 tbsp Cabbage

1.00 no Chili

1.00 no Onion

0.25 tbsp Salt

1.00 tbsp Oil

4.00 tbsp Curd


Chicken fiesta salad


STEP: 1

Take the boneless chicken breast and wash it very well and cut it into small cube-shaped pieces as shown in the image.


STEP: 2

Add ginger-garlic paste to the chicken cubes, add the salt and red chilli powder. Add the plain curd, mix all the ingredients thoroughly, and set it aside for 3-4 hours.


STEP: 3

Place the chicken cubes after marination on the air fryer. Sprinkle some oil on the air fryer and cook the chicken uniformly in all directions till the chicken pieces turn golden brown.


STEP: 4

Chop the cabbage into small pieces. Chop the bell peppers and onions into small-sized cubes. Chop the green chilli. Chop the lettuce leaves and set aside the chicken cubes which were cooked as kebabs.


STEP: 5

Heat a little oil in the Kadai and add the onion, bell pepper, green chilli and cabbage pieces. Deep fry them till the vegetables turn golden and tender.


STEP: 6

Add some salt to the vegetable mixture above and add the chicken cubes to it which were cooked in the air fryer. Cook for 3-4 minutes.


STEP: 7

Mix all the ingredients very well, add the lettuce leaves to it, and cook for another 4-5 minutes. Then it can be served after cooling.
